  1. Will it be released on Scribd?

    • Yes, it will, but I don’t have a date for you. I use a distributor for that one and from what I can tell, it takes a few days to show up everywhere. On the plus side, I actually uploaded it last night. Hopefully, the wait won’t be long. 🙂

  2. I was just wondering if The Catalyst of Corruption will be released in paperback? I have the rest in paperback and would love to have this one!

    • Yes, there will be a paperback version. Those always lag behind the ebooks a few weeks to a month, but it’s in the works. 🙂

  3. I just finished book 4. Please tell me there’s another coming soon!

    • I hope to have FF4.5 ready this summer. Thanks for reading!

      • Ignore your family. Quit your job ~ if you have one. Write write write! I’m impatiently waiting! Just kidding about ignoring your family…

      • While I wait and wait for the next one (ha ha) I’m reading the Final Formula series again and enjoying them just as much the second time around.

All kidding aside, I think these books are great. I’m wondering if you’ve pursued having the series made into movies.

I think you may be sitting on an adult version of a phenomenon like the Twilight Series. Just to put that statement into context, I am a 40+ year old (not a teen with a crush on James or Rowan). I’m a published writer with 9 children’s books and a few romances all in print under a pen name.

So I know a bit more about how the literary world works than most readers. And having been an editor before that, I can’t stop myself from viewing everything I read with my editor-brain turned on. I just can’t prevent it. In light of that, I really believe you might have more of a gold mine here than you realize (or maybe you do and just haven’t been able to get to it yet). You may already know, but it is true that in the publishing world, the author actually does make the least profit from book sales, unless you can get a fabulous agent. So if you get an agent, don’t sign a long term contract until you see that they know how to get you the best deal. If you tie yourself into a contract and find out the agent has their own bottom line at the top of their list, then you’re stuck.

All my experience to date is with a publisher and paperback format. I’m working on my 1st one to self-publish as an e-book. Again, I really think these stories could be a box office rival to Twilight, or maybe a better comparison would be Lord of the Rings since Twilight was targeted mostly toward teens. I guess I thought of Twilight first because James changes to a wolf-like character as did Twilight’s Jacob and the initial competition between James and Rowan for Addie, which is similar to the competition between Jacob and Edward.

If you pursue a movie, don’t settle for a 2nd rate production with bad actors. The story is too good to waste it on that. And get yourself an honest, ethical lawyer (which almost sounds like an oxymoron, but there are some out there) to look out for your best interests.

Again, love the books and look forward to more.

        • Thanks for the kind words! Glad to hear that the series holds up to a second reading. My goal right now is to be able to write full time, beyond that, we’ll see what happens. 🙂
